In the beginning, I unfortunately encountered a very bad attorney who took advantage of my situation and drained nearly all of my savings. Mashroor13 August 2026I hired Attorney David Lunel from Lunel Law to file a Writ of Mandamus against USCIS for my wife Farah's I-130 petition, and I could not be happier with the results. By the time I initially contacted David, we were about 20-22 months into the wait, and the needle hadn't moved on our case at all since May 2024. I went to meet him at his beautiful office to discuss our options. Instead of rushing to file, David used his incredible expertise and amazing judgment he advised me to wait exactly two more months to hit the full 2-year mark, ensuring our lawsuit would be as strong as possible.
